Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, account credits, or payment reversals for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellations or changes in personal schedules.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled event or canceling your attendance at any time results in the full forfeiture of all fees paid.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of membership privileges. Members must contact the club directly before initiating any dispute with their payment provider.

Unresolved chargebacks incur a $50.00 processing fee. Members who file chargebacks determined to be without merit will have membership permanently revoked.
