Membership
How do I become a member?
Complete our online membership application, confirm your email address, and wait for your approval notification. Once approved, you are welcome to attend events. First-time visitors receive a brief orientation at the door.
How long does the approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days. We recommend submitting your application at least a few days before you plan to attend to allow sufficient processing time.
Can I share a membership with my partner?
Yes — a Couples membership covers both partners listed on the application. Note that membership profiles are not interchangeable; you cannot swap, add, or remove partners from an existing membership. A new application would be required for any change in status.
What is the difference between membership and event admission?
Membership is an annual (or 2-month) fee that grants you access to the club as a private member. Event admission is an additional fee charged at each event, and pricing varies depending on the event type.
Events & Reservations
How do I reserve a spot at an event?
Log in to your member account and visit the Events page or Reservations page. You can pre-pay for event admission and, where available, reserve a table. Reservations are strongly encouraged as events can sell out.
What time do I need to arrive?
New members must arrive before 11:00 PM for their first visit. Returning members should plan to arrive during the main event window shown on the event listing.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
All sales are final and The Sandbox Club does not offer refunds. See our Terms & Conditions for our full refund policy.
Visiting the Club
What is the dress code?
We require upscale club attire. Men should wear dress slacks or well-fitted dark jeans with a collared shirt and dress shoes — blazers are encouraged. Ladies should wear elegant, sensuous attire. Athletic wear, caps, flip-flops, or overly casual clothing is not permitted. See our About page for the full dress code.
Is photography allowed?
No. Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the club. Phones must be stored away in play areas. Discretion and privacy are absolute at The Sandbox Club.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes — The Sandbox is a BYOB venue. All alcohol must be checked in with the bar staff upon arrival. Our bartenders will provide mixers. All alcohol must be consumed on-premises.
What is the age requirement?
All members and guests must be 21 years of age or older. Valid photo ID is required at every visit.

How do I update my contact information?
Log in to your member account and navigate to your Profile page. You can update your email address, phone number, and other contact details from there.
